Facility and Housing
The event will be held at The CUBE, the Findlay, Ohio City Expo Building located on Main St. and Truck Rt. 12, near I-75 and approximately 15 minutes from Alpaca Jack's Suri Farm.
The facility is SAFE and SECURE (with Security Guards), Air Conditioned with space to pen all Show Animals while you attend the Auction activities at Alpaca Jack's on Saturday. There is abundant trailer parking at the facility.
Comfort Suites Hotel is next door to the facility.
Show Basics
- Cash prizes to be awarded.
- All alpacas are required to be registered with the ARI.
- Show registration must include current microchip number.
- Alpacas must be 6 months (or 180 days) of age by the date of the event.
- Entries should be made in the name of the registered owner but may be shown by any handler or agent.
- NO FLEECE LIMITS... SHORN ALPACAS ACCEPTED. Fleece sample requested but not required for entry. Expert alpaca judges will evaluate alpacas fairly.
Health Regulations
All in-state and out-of-state alpacas must have a Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection completed not more than 30 days prior to the last date of the show - alpacas must be microchipped. You should also request a negative BVDV test, so noted on the Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection (health papers).
Vet Check-In
Vet Check will be completed by the State of Ohio officials on-site before unloading and stalling. All Vet documents and paperwork should be in order before arriving on-site.

Color Class designations should be determined by the individual owner or the past show entry. Judges may make final designation for consistency of class make-up. A color checker will be available at the show for those who want to voluntarily have the color of their animal(s) checked. THIS IS RECOMMENDED FOR FIRST TIME EXHIBITORS OR FIRST TIME ALPACAS AT A SHOW WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN COLOR CHECKED.

Division Designations
- Division A: Never shown or never won a Blue Ribbon.
- Division B: Blue (1st Place) Ribbon winners.
- Division C: Champion or Reserve Champion in any Halter or Fleece show.
- Division D: Get-of-Sire group.
- Division E: Grande Dam or Grande Sire.
- NEW! Division F: State Herd group of 5 alpacas.
Division Designations
Entry into Divisions A, B, C will be determined by owners. All winnings will be confirmed prior to the Sweepstakes shows. Division explanations are here.
Confirmed acceptance of registration will be date payment is received. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Discover via online registration or check by mail.
Sponsorship and Donor Opportunities
- PROMOTE YOUR FARM / RANCH business through sponsorships or donating to our silent auction, our FRIDAY FUN NIGHT Live Auction, or to the AWARDS for specific color Huacaya or Suri Class Divisions. Please contact Nancy Walker or Kathleen Cullen. LIVE FUN Auction items may inlclude a free breeding to your fabulous Herdsire, a week at your time share property, Bed & Breakfast visit to your farm, fishing trip, or a special golf outing on your favorite course.
- SILENT AUCTION items may include a selection related to alpaca care (birthing kit, for example), alpaca luxury or handmade products (sofa throw, woven rugs, etc.), gifts (stoneware with alpaca motifs, embroidered towel sets, etc.) or any services you offer (web page design, marketing services), etc.
- Promote your Herd with a picture taken with the Winners, when you Sponsor that Division. Have your Herd name on tags for the wine bottles on every table. Sponsor the Vet Check and have your Farm Name on every Check-In paper for all exhibitors. Please contact one of the above coordinators for more information to get a jump start and beat the crowd!
